Title: Branding support, Marketing communication support
This position aids the Communications head in playing a key role
for the organizations’ reputation with its employees and the general public.
Duties and responsibilities broadly include supporting marketing and
communications events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage tradeshow experience and logistics including: creating a unique
at show experience, procure promotional items, order vendor services, travel
and coordinate shipping materials
· Create company literature and other forms of communication
· Assist with coordination and editing for marketing collateral
· Develop and update general and program brochures, media kits, key
messages, fact sheets, & other collateral material as needed.
· Write stories, articles, messages for website and newsletters
· Assist with coordination of media outreach & coverage with media
releases, TV/radio interviews, feature stories, PSAs, press conferences, etc.
· Create and coordinate public speaking engagements with/for agency
spokespeople
· Coordinate photography/videography of events, activities, etc. for use
in publications, media, etc.
Essential Skills:
· Exceptional verbal, written, & presentation skills
· Basic design/layout experience desired
· Very strong in powerpoint or any design software
· Knowledge of electronic media such as Web sites, e-Newsletters, Social
Media, & other Web 2.0
· Videography and Video Editing
