Who you are: You are a highly motivated Communications Specialist with a background in comms, marketing, journalism, or public relations. You thrive in a fast paced, team environment and also like to dive into detailed work independently. You are a sociable and curious individual with a natural aptitude for building strong business relationships. You are expected to be a strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure and meeting deadlines. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, you should be innovative, organized and self-motivated with a keen interest in driving strategic messages to key internal and external role-players.What you will do:As a Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for - Improving and standardizing the internal communications at Business Units levels in CIO India
- Communicating and maintaining relationships with Leadership team
- Taking initiative to engage the wider technology community and increase the profile of CIO India.
- Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles and strategies, and to keep up-to-date with relevant developments.
- Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Collaboration skills.
- Motivation to reach high levels of team satisfaction.
- Can-do attitude.
- Proven experience of conceptualizing and delivering corporate communication plans including a portfolio of past campaigns
- Experience working with designers to achieve high quality deliverables
- Experience applying branding concepts and methodologies
- Copy writing expertise
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient command of English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Experience in web design and content production is a plus
- Experience in Photo and video-editing software is an asset
