Right now atisfy® is looking to grow further to meet both internal and external demand and is on the lookout for a variety of roles and responsibilities in Hyderabad to help fuel our growth. Our Recruitment Process:
In most cases, we have 3 rounds of interviews to identify the right candidate for the role.
Round 1: We will do a phone interview which will involve a 15-45min chat with our Executive Assistant and Recruitment Specialist.
Round 2: We will have a conference call between you and the department you are applying for. This will focus on technical fit, ability, personality and other factors.
Round 3: We will have a conference call between you and the CEO plus anyone of his choosing. This will focus on personality fit and alignment between your goals and the role and company goals.
