Job Description

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 2nd Aug'22 and 6th Sep'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Responsibilities include:

1. Engage with our patrons through calls & answer their queries (these are incoming calls made by existing or potential customers)
2. Respond to DM and comments on social media handles
3. Respond to incoming WhatsApp messages by existing/potential customers
4. Assist potential customers for their purchases of products through social media 5. Work on Google Sheets/website backend for basic tasks

Other requirements

1. Previous experience of 1-2 years in communications/customer service will be an advantage, however, it's not mandatory
