Position Overview

About Chief Transformation Office

The mandate for the Chief Transformation Office is to (a) define and enable Deutsche Bankâ€™s long-term Transformation Roadmap, (b) monitor delivery of critical initiatives against milestones, (c) challenge and support our businesses and infrastructure functions in executing against their priorities, and (d) escalate any issues to the Management Board where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare various documents and presentations to help CTO senior management in their internal communications, including PowerPoint presentations
Work closely with the Group Communications team to assist in internal and external communication including Intranet communications
Work closely with other parts of the CTO to e.g. help measure progress on strategy execution for DB Group and on divisional level, based on internally & externally communicated targets
Assist in analysis of internal/external data based on requests received from senior management, and strategic analyses that can help shape senior management thinking and decisions

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration, mathematics, (business) informatics (or equivalent)
3-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting or banking dealing with strategic topics
Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels along with the ability to quickly adapt communication styles to different audiences
Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, commitment & interpersonal skills
Good multitasking skills; ability to organise tasks in order to maintain high performance under tight timelines
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Consulting background / work experience will be preferred (though not compulsory)
