Job Description:
  • Poshmark is looking to hire a Community Associate who will be part of our rapidly growing community and customer service team. 
  • The Community Associate will fully integrate into the Poshmark community in order to understand their wants, needs, and play a critical role in speaking to our users, as well as being a voice for them. 
  • They will be part of the first line of support for the rapidly growing Poshmark community. 
  • Other demands on this role include being the go-to person for our community when it comes to answering questions on how to take an awesome cover shot, when they can expect their order, or any questions they have in regards to using our app. (that's just a few examples!) The Community Associate will help gladly answer all these questions with grace...and a smile!
Responsibilities: 
  • We are looking for a talented and motivated operations team member that cares about getting that extra 9 of availability, help us eliminate outages, automates everything and is able to scale out a service without needing any manual effort.
  • Engage with Poshmark users via email support
  • Respond to users in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Demonstrate empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt resolutions for the Community
  • Research, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for open orders and account issues
  • Gather feedback and suggestions from the Community
  • Strive to exceed volume and CSAT (customer satisfaction) goals.
Requirements: 
  • 0-1 yr experience in Customer support (Email support preferable) 
  • Educational qualification in BA or BS preferred,(Freshers can apply)
  • Passionate about community, customer service, and spreading love and kindness.
  • Endless patience and contagious positive energy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flawless attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with the ability to turn a negative into a positive
  • Believes that helping users is crucial to the growth and success of the company
