About the internship

You will be a community engagement intern for our people mobility business and the heartbeat of the Yulu community, connecting with our riders and building a vibrant community around our brand.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Curating the Yulu Community: You will help ideate and curate all elements that will go into building a vibrant Yulu community

2. Event Extraordinaire: Plan and execute exciting events that bring Yulu riders together, whether it's a group ride through the city or a pop-up event with free swag; you'll be the architect of unforgettable experiences

3. Customer Connection Guru:
a. Research, interview, and gather crucial insights for business teams as well as for building the community
b. Sell, communicate or pilot newer offerings to users

4. Content Creator Wizard:
a. Channel your inner creativity to generate blog posts, newsletters, and other content that tells the Yulu story
b. Shares user testimonials
c. Highlight community achievements and showcase the impact of shared mobility

5. Dive into the world of Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to create engaging content that resonates with our community; from witty captions to captivating visuals, you'll work with our social media teams to build our social media presence

6. Ambassador Program Maven: Manage a community ambassador program, turning passionate Yulu riders into brand advocates and empowering them to spread the 'Yulu I love' far and wide
