WMall jobs - Community Management

WMall is a B2C social commerce platform. We are a startup in Bangalore, founded by ex-IIT Bombay pass-outs with proven experience of making successful companies. We're helping under-represented online personals such as women in tier-2 & tier-3 cities to buy trusted products online. We sell products to consumers on social platforms such as WhatsApp and YouTube, and also provide a social buying experience to users on our own app.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage a community of women from tier 2, 3 cities of India, and help them earn stable monthly earnings
2. Work on serving as the internal voice of WMall's customer by conducting user research which will help various teams gather valuable insights
3. Work on conducting virtual community meet-ups and drive user acquisition and engagement
4. Work on analyzing, evaluating, and improving the performance of WMall's influencers

Note: Female candidates would be preferred.
