About the Role: At Grexter, we believe in providing the best possible to service to our tenants. Our tenants are youngsters (Students and working professionals) and when we say we want them to feel ‘at home’, we mean it.
We are looking for somebody who can draw them in with a bubbly personality, be friends with them, support them through any trouble with the service and ensure they are provided for at all times.

Responsibilities:

Take care of the daily inventory and ensure they are well-stocked.
Assist tenants in lodging a complaint and guide them to do it themselves.
Ensure smooth move-in and move-out experience with the help of SOPs provided by Grexter.
Manage and supervise the daily housekeeping, cleaning and other operations of a particular property.
Handle scheduled walk-ins and random walk-ins by showing them around the property and exhibiting the perks. Make them feel welcome with a warm and bubbly personality.
Gather the tenants to actively participate whenever there is an event and ensure the required set-up (Seating arrangement, decoration items, projectors, wifi etc.) is in place for the same.

Requirements:

Hotel management background, work experience is a plus
Single and below 30yrs old
Good communication skills
Cheerful and warm personality with patience
