Community Manager

Job Description：

• Managing Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu language community，arrange your language community normal operation work. Responsible for your community overall performance of content consuming & content production status、user experience and user feedback.
• Based on Indian marketing content trending and VidStatus content data , excavate high quality content. Co-work with Product Manager & Operations, enrich community content , optimize content production tools; Stimulate high-quality UGC video production, increase community users activity and content production. Take responsibility for the quantity and quality of UGC content.
• Based on data analysis and user research, to do research on content consumption feature and user needs, and share specific content recommendation strategies.  Co-work with Product Manager, optimize recommendation strategy to build up a healthy content ecosystem.
• Through the analysis and information collection from target user, and combinig with content data, give optimization suggestion for product function、operation direction and content creativity and responds to user. Participates in the product function iteration, responsible for the  operation results.
