Community Operations Specialist for AI based organization
Community telephonic briefing of the shortlisted candidates (Mostly to Blue collar workforce) in accordance with the guidelines mentioned in the SOP. Explain the objectives and next step procedures to shortlisted candidates. Compile, the record and code results and data from briefing using specified docs given. Conducting the feedback, engagement and support calls with shortlisted candidates. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
