About the Role

  • Maintain a good relationship with our B2B fleet channel partners.
  • Handle their cases and work in coordination with their team.
  • Coordinate with the workshop in accordance with the channel partners
  • Should be able to communicate effectively to the entire chain.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate effectively
  • Prior experience in the automotive sector is preferred (1+ yrs)
