About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on preparing the detailed notes on the assigned topics (topics will be given from companies act CS books)
2. Working on preparing notice and agenda for the board and board committee meetings
3. Working on preparing minutes for board committee meetings and drafting board resolutions for these meetings
4. Working on conducting general meetings of the bank
5. Working on ensuring compliance relating to companies act 2013 as amended by the companies amendment act 2017
