Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organizing/Preparing agendas, and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs)
2. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries
3. Working on the preparation of statutory forms
4. Handling the registration with MSME, PAN, TAN, and GST
5. Working on email/correspondence handling
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 2nd Apr'21 and 7th May'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
