Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on assisting the team with legal documentation
2. Working on drafting/reviewing all the legal documentation involved in the trusteeship transactions
3. Working on ensuring compliance with applicable regulations/statutory provisions for the deals assigned
4. Working on reviewing half-yearly compliance with respect to listed debentures and prepare data for SEBI reporting
5. Working on managing operations work assigned and reporting back to the manager in the given timelines
