Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the manager/senior manager in providing company secretarial matters/FEMA rules and regulations/legal documentation and matters for private companies incorporated in India or outside India
2. Handle full set of company secretarial documents and activities
3. Prepare resolutions, notices (board meeting and general meeting), and correspondence requirements of the company for review by the manager
4. Maintain statutory records for the companies
5. Update and maintain records/information
6. Follow instructions from the manager and other superiors
7. Handle legal matters related to onboarding vendors and subcontractors for the company at the PAN India level.
