Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
2. Develop and implement office procedures
3. Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
4. Compose letters, memos, and emails
5. Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls, and take messages
6. Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying

Skills required:

1. Should be pursuing a Company Secretary course and has cleared Executive or Professional level. He /She will be drafting the Board Agenda, Minutes, General Meeting Agenda, Minutes, Notices, etc.
2. Should be a Law graduate with having understanding of Contract Law, Drafting
3. Should be able to work on PowerPoint presentation
