Job Description

Required Company Secretary Executive Staff having experience of 1-2 years of Secretarial function. Any person completed his/her training and looking for the exposure in ROC Compliance, Dematerialization of Shares, FEMA and Startup may apply for the said post. The interested candidate shall have exposure of:
       

·         Preparation of documents and filing of Forms regarding incorporation of Private Limited companies, LLP and Companies, LLP and Section 8 Companies.
            

·         Preparation of Notice, Agenda and Minutes of Board Meeting and Shareholders' Meeting.
              

·         Preparation of Notice and Directors Report along with filing of Annual eForms.
              

·         Preparation of documents and filing of eForms for Private Placement of shares.
              

·         Preparation of documents and filing of eForms for ESOP.
              

·         Preparation of documents and filing of eForms related to increase of Authorized Share
             

·         Maintenance of Statutory Registers as per Companies Act, 2013.
            

·         Preparation and filing of other documents and eForms related to Company and LLP.
              

·         Preparation and filing of different forms with RBI like FCGPR, FLA, etc and other RBI Compliances would be added advantage.
             

·         Well versed with Companies Act, 2013.
             

·         Knowledge of Startup registration, FSSAI License would be added advantage.


·         Pay Scale- 1,80,000 to 2,40,000 per annum. (Monthly 15,000/- to 20,000/-) with the negotiation as per the knowledge and work experience.
