Job Description

This refers to our telecom few minutes ago. We are in urgent need for a Company Secretary.
This is a full time position and profile of the person is as follows
Commerce Graduate with post Graduate Company Secretary Qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
Additional degree in law or a CA will be preferred
Age – Mid thirties
Male Candidate Preferred
Experience - 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience
Experience of handling the affairs of company as per Companies Act. Must be able to conduct Board Meeting, Writing Minutes and well conversant with ROC work.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills, a pleasing personality, ability to deliver within the time frame and budge, ability to work under pressure, meeting
The deadlines and tight schedules are the pre-requisites.
Candidate must possess knowledge of working in computerized environment of MS Office and Emails
Salary Range 6 Lakhs to 10 lakhs per annum depending on the qualification and experience
