Job Description

Qualified CS with Membership Number which is mandatory
All responsibilities related to Company Secretary profiles
Experience in Accounting, Auditing, ROC, Taxation, Finance
Complete knowledge about compliances of Company Act
Preparation of the agenda of Board Meeting / Committee Meeting
E-filing forms with MCA
Maintaining record as per the Companies Act, 2013
Knowledge of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
DIN filing and its approval
Drafting minutes of Board/ Committee Meetings, Maintaining Statutory registers as per the Companies Act
Incorporation of Company, Preparation of Annual Report
