Providing MIS reports to top management on its performance and implementation of internal controls.
Conducting of Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings at regular intervals. 
Co-ordinating with Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors & and providing necessary information and arranging meetings as per their requirement
Accounting for expenses & Vendor payments. 
Preparation of budget and other MIS Reports.
Finalisation of Vendor/ customer agreements, and other legal documentation.
Knowledge in SAP, Excel & MS office
