Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline / A Master’s degree will be desirable
Experience:Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in auditing amp; compliance / 6-8 years ofexperience in auditing and compliance will be preferred
Experience inthe Pharma / Med devices domain is a plus.
Experience working in audit firms (esp. in the big 4) will bepreferred
Nonnegotiables:
Candidatemust be based in Bangalore
Mustbe willing to work in our office in Whitefield amp; must not have travelconstraints.
Musthave good spoken amp; written communication skills proficient in English

SUMMARYOF DELIVERABLES
Personprovides service to India and supports Manager Compliance. Shall provideservice to ensure all routine activities are completed on time and supportbusiness from compliance perspective. Ensure that there are no delays andrequisite advice, trainings and resources are provided.
Helpsin implementing the AP3 guidelines, monitor risks and other compliancerequirements across the organization.
METRICS/ MEASURES OF SERVICE DELIVERY (Describe the main results of the deliverablesto be achieved )
1.ACT requests review As per the TAT the incumbent will support in reviewing therequests raised in the tool from compliance perspective and provide guidance tobusiness in taking the activities further. This will be a daily activity.
2.Tracking iLearn trainings fortnightly basis

4.Monitoring of AP3 activities Monthly basis
5.On Field monitoring Quarterly basis
6.Launching trainings based on global requirements
