1. Maintain compliance status of all regulatory provisions applicable to company and ensure
timely compliance
2. Liaising with various regulatory and government bodies for approvals updates and ad hoc
requests/query
3. Manage conduct of board meetings and annual meetings on time and maintain proper
documentation
4. Dealing with queries raised by RBI or any other statutory bodies
5. To provide advice to management on good governance practices and compliance of
Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate and Other Business
Laws and regulations and guidelines
6. Preparing and providing Compliance report on regular basis
7. Drafting, vetting of internal policies and guidelines.
8. Maintaining records/ documents pertaining to correspondences with regulators
9. Drafting and review of all policies and agreements as per applicable compliance framework
10. Conducting internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic
review of Department.
11. Obtaining data from various departments, review of the same before submission to RBI
during inspection.
