Job Description

Desktop support and troubleshooting
Network maintenance and expansion
Troubleshooting other network components.

Can effectively communicate with the clients.
Problem solving and effective written skill.

Networking:

Security & Managing of Servers & User Systems
Routers & Switches.
Networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS & Routing.

H/W & S/W Skills:

Assembling, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Laptops & Desktops.
Well Knowledge for Clumping & Punching Cables.
Administration on Microsoft Windows Professional & Servers both Editions.
Flexibility on Windows Security Systems, Patches, Antivirus & Excellent Troubleshooter on Applications.
Printer connection Troubleshooter.
Should have very good communication skills

Responsibilities and Duties

One will directly handle the users query. Therefore It is essential to have good communication skill both verbal and written.
