The scope of work outlined below: 1) Hardware issue of all devices - onsite troubleshooting log call with dell /AMC services provider if required 2) Internet issues -coordinate with ISP for all related to internet issues (ISP /LAN/internet hardware equipment) 3) Coordination with us for any Company application issues4) Software – OS level, firmware, drivers issues, etc 5) Weekly /monthly/ quarterly /yearly reports required from them related to IT 6) Who can coordinate with us for new projects related to particular locations ( new application testing /new hardware implementation )7) Toner needs to be supplied by a vendor 8) Location wise list of an incident report on a monthly basis9) All the issues to be copied to the IT team for reference & coordination 10) IT assets/ and inventory of toner or addition devices 11) Issues tracking tool from a vendor 12) Location IT control and ILL monitor by IT vendor
