Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor computer systems and networks for performance issues and errors
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, such as disk clean-up and defragmentation
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical issues
• Install and configure software applications and hardware components
• Maintain accurate logs of system activity and error reports
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure system security and data privacy
• Perform regular backups of system data
• Provide technical support to end-users

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a computer operator or similar role
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware components
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
