Roles and Responsibilities:-
l Followup with customer for dispatch confirmation
l Payment Collection from customer
l File Management
l Excel is mandatory
l Follow up with the clients /customers over the calls
l Work Experience in MS Office
Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:-
• Computer skills, telephonic and team-leading skills, MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication skill.
