Job Summary

A Computer Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating computer systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining data accuracy, performing backups, and troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment.

• Enter, update, and verify data in company systems.

• Perform daily system backups and maintain data security.

• Monitor system performance and report any issues or failures.

• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network problems.

• Generate and maintain reports as required.

• Maintain records of system operations and activities.

• Install and configure basic software applications.

• Coordinate with the IT team for technical support and issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with computer hardware and operating systems.

• Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.

• Basic troubleshooting skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
