Responsibilities:

Enter customer and account data by entering numeric and text-based information from reference documents within specified time frames.

Compile the information, verify its accuracy, and order it according to the priorities that have been established to prepare the reference data for digitization.

Review the data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check how they appear on the screen.

Investigate and obtain more information on incomplete documents

Apply procedures and techniques for data programs.

Generate reports, save completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.

Scan documents and print files when needed.

Keep information confidential

Respond to inquiries for information and access relevant files.

Comply with data security and integrity policies.

Ensure proper use of office equipment and deal with any failures.
