Job Description

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 
  • Prepare expense reports and process invoices.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
  • Enter and update data into databases with high accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular data backups

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in usage of Computers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and procedures
