Job Description
- Computer Operations and Computer Literacy skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations
- Typing proficiency
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience as a Computer Operator or in a related role is a plus
- When required in field technical work on field, good learner
- Understand English,
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Internet
- Familiarity with various operating systems and monitoring tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in making system backups and restore data as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT staff to optimize computing systems and networks.
- Update job procedures and documentation.
