Computer operator Office Assistant & Telecaller (FEMALE) 

We are looking at a young and energetic office assistant / Computer operator /Telecaller who must have good communication skills. 

Responsibilities and Duties Handle office interactions with visitors/ Clients, filing applications.
This includes answering phone inquiries and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner.
Keep track of work on a daily basis. 

Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format.

Skills and Qualifications Good organization, scheduling and time management skills. 

Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Internet. 

Good typing speed is a must.
Excellent communication skills & fluent English.
