Are you an enthusiastic Computer Teacher wanting to promote computer technology & literacy among students? 

As a Computer Science Teacher in our school, you will help build upon the basic computer skills of students. This position will allow you to prepare tomorrow’s working professionals by teaching them how to use the different computer applications available and also instruct students interested in pursuing careers in computer technology, advanced programming languages and techniques. 

Responsibilities 

• Design & planning computer science instructional lessons and activities that facilitate students' acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills 
• Instructing & providing hands-on training to students on computer applications in a manner that develops students' confidence in their abilities 
• Teach how to write computer programs, algorithms and programming languages 
• Observing and managing classroom dynamics 
• Invigilating and grading projects, quizzes, and examinations 
• Create lessons & projects designed to enhance lectures 
• Tracking and communicating students' advancement throughout the terms 
• Utilize various curriculum resources 
• Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans 
• Read and stay abreast of current topics in computer science 
• Attending parent-teacher and faculty conferences 

Skills & Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. 
• Prior 4 years experience as a Computer Teacher 
• Demonstrated public speaking and communication skills 
• Excellent presentation abilities 
• Strong written and administrative skills. 
• Nurturing, adaptable approach to instructing 
• Passionate about fostering computer literacy and academic excellence
