The role of a Conference Producer includes researching, creating and executing profitable business-to-business conferences with the research and development of new and/or existing events.
Carry out telephone research with senior executives to obtain detailed insight as to what the sub-industry needs to learn
Write a highly detailed, commercial technical or strategic agenda capturing exactly what the sub-industry wants to learn
Pitch, invite and confirm executive level speakers from the leading companies within the sub industry
Onsite management of the event on the day, including speaker and operations management
To write the conference programme, invite speakers, liaise with speakers to ensure attendance, organise or assist in the organising of the event, as the case may be and to attend to all matters relating to and/or ancillary to the successful conducting of the event.
