Roles and Responsibility

• Interface with and manage multiple internal and external team?s configuration needs during release pipeline activities
• Should have knowledge on Vault Promo Mats and customer relation management
• Ensure Release Management processes are developed further, continuously monitored and improved over time to ensure optimal efficiency
• Manages all aspects of the end-to-end release process
• Liaise with Operations to resource the installation of software onto UAT and LIVE environments
• Manage customer environments range from test, staging and in to production
• Ensures coordination of build and test environment teams
• Knowledge on system administration, configurations, maintenance and Applications like Salesforce CRM, VEEVA CRM, VEEVA VAULT
• Ensures teams follow the organizations established policies and procedures
• Provides management reports on release progress
• Consistently analyzes and reviews workflow for process improvements
• Suggest new techniques to improve productivity to organization
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
