Job Description

Urgent Hiring for Construction  Manager 
Salary Range  - 20k to 25k (negotiable for the Best Candidate) industry - Construction 
Qualification - Be/ B.tech Engineering And/ or Diploma in Civil 
Experience - 4 to 8 Years Experienced Project Manager in Construction Domain
Proven Experience in Executing Construction Related Projects with At- least 3- 4 Successful Projects
Well- versed in all Construction Methodologies & Procedures 
Sound Knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety Standards Related to Construction Industry
Ability to Coordinate with a Team of Cross- functional Professionals to Achieve the Project Goals Within Time, Quality and Cost. 
Good Analytical, Organizational Skills 
Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi/ english 
Both Written and Spoken detailed Requirements collaborate with Engineers, Architects Etc. 
To Determine the Specifications of the Project Negotiate Contracts with External Vendors to Reach Profitable Agreements 
Ability to Plan all Construction Operations & Schedule Intermediate Phases to Ensure Deadlines are Met Acquire Equipment and Material and Monitor Stocks to Timely 
Handle Inadequacies \Hire Contractors and other Staff and Allocate Responsibilities
supervise the Work of Laborers, Mechanics Etc. and Guide Them as Required
