Construction Project Engineer
Department: Construction/Power/Oil
Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related disciplines required
Job Summary:-
Project engineers do not necessarily do design work, but instead represent the contractor or client out in the field, help tradespeople interpret the job's designs, ensure the job is constructed according to the project plans, and assist project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning.
Construction Project Engineer Responsibility:-
· Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
· Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
· Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements and reviewing bids from contractors.
· Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
