Name of the Post: Mobile App - Lead Developer

Number of posts – 01

Remuneration: 60,000/- (Consolidated)

Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Tech./MCA/MSc.(IT/CS) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade OR Bachelor’s Degree ( BE/BCA/B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/IT) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade

Experience: A minimum 6 years of experience in case of bachelor degree and 5 years in case of master degree in the following areas:

1. Experience of working across all phases of app development - requirement gathering, design, coding, release, bug fixing, analytics.

2. Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 as well as frameworks such as NodeJS, ReactJS and/or AngularJS.

3. Experience of writing code using Kotlin, Java, or Swift.

4. Sound knowledge of Android SDK and iOS SDK.

5. Good understanding of memory management, network interaction, concurrency and multi-threading.

6. Experience with Firebase and detailed analytics

7. Have published at least 2 mobile apps in each of the Android and Apple stores, and are active.

Name of the Post: Consultant in Animation and Graphics

Remuneration: 45,000/- (Consolidated)

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Multimedia Graphics/Animation/Mass Communication/Fine Arts/Visual Arts with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade

Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in designing and development of multimedia, graphics, animations, illustrations and contributed in mass media/social media organised campaigns/publicity/events etc.

Name of the Post: Content Developer - Technical (ePub/Flip Book/energized book designers and interactive contents)

Remuneration: 30,000/ (Consolidated)

Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Tech./MCA/MSc.(IT/CS) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade OR Bachelor's Degree ( BE/BCA/B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/IT) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade

Experience: A minimum 1 year of experience in case of master degree and 2 years in case of bachelor degree in the following areas:

1. Development of EPUB from InDesign source files

2. Development of Flipbooks and other interactive ebooks

3. PDF watermarking, metadata preparation and tagging

4. QR code generation and mapping with econtents

5. Uploading contents on portals, apps, social media platforms and other servers, maintaining playlist, and usage analytics.

Name of the Post: Content Developer – Academic

Remuneration: 30,000/- (Consolidated)

Essential Qualification: - Post Graduate in English/ Science (Biology, Physics, Chemistry)/ Mathematics with 55% marks or equivalent Grade

Desirable Qualification: - Candidate having M.Ed/M.A. Education degree shall be given preference. Knowledge of Computer Applications

Experience:Experience of at least 2 years. Experience of developing/Design instructional design/TV-Radio. Multimedia, scripts/story boards/ preparation of metadata and abstracts. Experience of teaching at Secondary or Senior Secondary levels. Experience of developing e-resources following an instructional design

Name of the Post: Junior Project Fellow

Number of posts – 08

Remuneration: 25,000/- (For NET) Rs. 23,000 (For Non-NET (Consolidated)

Essential: Master degree in Languages (Hindi, English)/Social Sciences (Pol. Science, Geography)/Science (Physics, Chemistry)/ Mathematics/Education with 55% marks or equivalent Grade

Experience: Having excellent command over English and Hindi for oral and written communication; maintaining database of the callers; good interpersonal skills proficiency in working with computers - word processing, spreadsheet, presentation etc. Knowledge of Research Methodology - Development of research tools, collection and analysis of data, report writing etc.

Desirable: Ability to communicate in multiple languages

Age Limit: Below 40 - 45 years

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is an autonomous organisation set up in 1961 by the Government of India to assist and advise the Central and State Governments on policies and programmes for qualitative improvement in school education.
