Job Description

ICMR-National Institute of Medical Statisties, New Delhi intends to engage following project human resource positions, purely on temporary contract basis for its research project HIV Sentinel Surveillanee, funded by National AIDS Control Organization (NACO). New Delhi and being undertaken at ICMR-NIMS for the period up to March 31, 2023.

1. Post Name: Consultant (Epidemiology) (UR)

2. No. of Post: 01

3. Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in medical sciences (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS with post-graduation degree in Public Health/Community Medicine/Epidemiology/Health Care Management/Health Administration/Clinical Research

4. Essential Experiences: Minimum 5 years of experiences in disease surveillance/public health management/public health epidemiology/public health research/ experience in NACP at National/State- level preferred

5. Desirable skills/Experiences: Working knowledge of Biostatistics/Statistical Packages (Epi Info/SPSS etc.)/Microsoft Office Publications in peer reviewed journal

6. Salary: Rs 100,000
