Job Description

Consultant Job Opportunity At PGIMER, Chandigarh

Consultant for preparing a multi-level intervention manual to promote HIV testing/menta I health/safer sex; preparation of IEC materials on the same; and process evaluation tools, drafting baseline and endline tools, and quantitative data analysis of baseline survey data 

Project Title: Periodic (semi-annual) voluntary HIV testing among MSM: A randomized controlled trial of multi-level intervention 

No. Of Post: 01 Post

Essential: Master's in Public Health, Sociology, Social work, anthropology, business administration or any other related disciplines and having to 5 years' experience in research, especially HIV field. Skills in use of quantitative data analysis software's like SPSS or Stata. 

Desirable: Prior experience in conducting applied and policy-oriented health research among marginalized communities such as men who have sex with men, transgender people and people living with HIV. Prior experience in preparing intervention manuals. Co-authored publications on quantitative research. 

Department: School of Public Health, PGIMER. Chandigarh 

Emoluments: Rs. 70,000 per month, including all allowances. TDS may be applicable.
