1. NHSRC intends inducting short-term consultant(s) to the QI Division as a resource augmentation for multifarious tasks, which the division undertakes.
2. Qualification & Experience: For achieving above-mentioned deliverables, the applicant is expected to possess following qualifications & experience
Essential Qualification –
1. Possess Two years full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Hospital Management or PG Degree/ Diploma in Health
Management or PG Degree/ Diploma in Public Health
2. Formal training in Quality Management
3. Post Qualification Experience of 2 Years out of which at least one year’s experience of NQAS implementation
support

5. Review the contemporary literature and programme guidelines, and examine the existing measurement system (ME & check-points) under the NQAS
6. Support the States with Implementation of NQAS
7. Development of Resource Material
8. Conduct training
9. Any other task, as per need of the QI Division
10. Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/-
11. Fee offered within the band will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
12.Candidates selected in this interview could be considered for other vacant positions at NHSRC requiring similar skill sets and at appropriate level.
