Job Description

ICRISAT seeks applications for the position of Consultant – Performance Management. The position will be based at ICRISAT, Patancheru. 

Duration:The duration of the consultancy contract is 12 working weeks from the actual date of commencement of the work. 

Terms and Conditions: Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable at the end of each month.
Confidentiality – The Consultant and ICRISAT acknowledge that each may disclose Confidential Information to the other during the term of this Agreement. Each party will treat all Confidential Information of the other party with the same degree of care as it accords to its own Confidential Information, but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care; and, if requested by the other party, will destroy or return to the other party all Confidential Information of the requesting party upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Consultant Profile:The Consultant will be a suitably qualified individual with at least ten years’ relevant experience in the development and implementation of performance management systems and associated tools, preferably in international organizations.

They will have demonstrated experience in completing similar work in the past and will have solid knowledge of global best practice in this area.

They will have the ability to manage assignments effectively, consistently ensuring timeliness and quality of work with minimum supervision;In addition to good project management skills, they will have strong communication, presentation, analytical and report writing skills;They will be fluent in English. Knowledge of French would be an asset.
