· Help end-users to understand the CRM software for SALES, Service & POS model
· Resolving queries raised by the end-users in both technical and functional areas
· Providing users with a go-to reference guide and encourage them to use it
· Providing comfort to users as they start the process of using the new application
· Ensuring users buy-into the system and understand the benefits it can deliver
· Providing regular hints and tips emails throughout the implementation
· Developing a learning strategy
· Ensuring all users are trained on how to get their job done in the Application
· Motivating the learners and help them see their progress
· Increasing User Adoption
· Conducting user experience testing to ensure that user experience meet the proposed needs
· Willing to work in customer-facing environment

· Should be self-motivated and a self-starter
· Should be able to thrive in a performance-driven environment
· Excellent communication & Presentation skills
· Willing to work for 6 days a week, Field support

· Education: MBA-Sales, Marketing (or) Engineering degree in Automobile/Mechanical(No standing arrears)
