Internship Position 

Tasks: 

●Respond to initial applications by email and on the phone 

●Following up with ongoing applications 

●Liaising with our Chinese Sales to ensure speedy placement of participants with 

internship host companies 

●Conduct phone interviews with candidates for counseling and our services they require.  

●Answering pre-departure questions from booked participants 

●Working with our bookings manager to ensure targets are met 

●Participant data management and general administration tasks 

●Ensure applicant and participant data is managed effectively  

●Assist the accounting & finance team by chasing up payments 

●Assist the marketing team by attending promotional events 

Requirements: 

 ●Spanish, French ,Dutch ,Portuguese or Italian is a bonus 

●Detail-oriented and well organized 

●Ability to communicate effectively in-person, by email and on the phone 

●Phone-based sales or customer relations experience would be useful 

●Enjoys working as part of a small, but international team 

●Native-level English
