JD for BASIS requirement
• At least Minimum of 5 to 7 years in Hands on experience on ERP, BI, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager running on Linux OS Any Unix Flavor Windows platform MS SQL Sybase ASE and SAP HANA DB
• Should have worked in process mature production environments handling 24 7 support Customer handling skills
• Should be a good team player with good team management skills
• Experience on HANA and Sybase ASE Administration
Key Accountabilities :
• Should have people management skill ABAP Stack Java Stack or dual Stack ERP BI EP and Solution Manager Database administration SAP HANA Sybase ASE SP and EhP upgrades in ABAP platforms and SP upgrades in Java Stack
• Installation / up-gradation of SAP Softwares
• (ECC EHP8, SAP Netweaver 7.5 -XI/PI, EP, SLT, BI/Portal (Java Stack),
• Solution Manager 7.2
• Upgrading Kernel on Linux OS Any Unix Flavor
• Should have knowledge on EHP upgrade on latest level
• Planning and executing new installations and roll outs
• Working with functional teams on Lifecycle maintenance of SAP systems System Copy System refresh in ABAP Stack and Java SAP Systems Monitoring ABAP Java BI BO in Solution manager Transport Administration and Management and repairing issues in TMS with the help of related RFC etc
• Client administration such as client copy export import etc
• Good knowledge of any Linux platform based installation
• Should have basic knowledge or experience on Solution Manager HANA Administration Incident management Performance tuning Problem analyses and resolution
• Implementation of work around system down handling situation etc
• Qualification Eligibility Candidates having SAP certification preferred
• Very large Database Buffer optimization / tunning
• SAP Performance tuning and optimizations
• EWA review and its suggestion implementation
• UNIX / Storage Knowledge
• Handling projects life cycle Management End to End
• Provide support services for customer environments
• Respond to tickets / cases logged by Service Desk and Automated Ticketing
• Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated
• Compliance to change management policy and processes
• Prepare customer incident reports & monthly customer reports
• Assist with management of problems and escalations
