Job Description

CONSULTANT MONITORING, EVALUATION AND LEARNING

4 - 9 Years

Delhi

Skill and Competence :

Masters degree or higher from a reputed institute/ university in the social sciences, statistics, economics, demography, information technology or related field
Five-Seven years of progressively responsible, professional level experience with International NGOs/Donor agencies related to social science research, demographic research, MIS, and policy advocacy
Ability to plan, implement and monitor project activities by applying proven management principles
Experience of developing & working with MIS systems and handling data sets, ability to organize, analyse, interpret and evaluate program performance data
Demonstrated expertise in the use of Statistical and Demographic packages.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in English and in Hindi, including writing skills in English and Hindi
Willingness to travel to project field sites, if necessary
Sound strategic thinking and planning skills.
Ability to build support from staff across teams, and to build the capacity of others.
Ability to work independently within a predominantly administratively self-servicing environment.
