Consultant - PMO
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Will be responsible for supporting the Group Operations team towards deployment, maintenance, training, support and integration of Operational Resilience tools
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations within the team
- Responsible to coach, mentor the team and assist them in up-skilling the process
- Lead the team in all process, operational aspects and manage client relationship smoothly with nil escalations
- Expert assistance with tool queries raised by the users and the entities
- Understand and develop ability to quickly adapt, learn & deliver across different modules of the tools
- Provide customised support to different AXA Group entities
- Should be able to meet strict timelines and adhere to all SLAs
- Document operational policies, procedures, creation of process maps and maintain process standards
- Should understand customer needs and provide adapted solution/assistance
- Should be able to foresee upcoming risks and opportunities in respective domain and act upon those (Ensure a “zero surprise framework”)
- Takes input from supervisor, peers and appropriately implement action items
Key skills:
- Prior expertise in Operational Resilience Tools and Risk and Compliance preferable
- Should be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and driving excellent results
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience
- Experience in setting up a team from scratch and team handling
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience in UAT testing, managing deployments, pre-production and production
- Report SLAs and other metrics to clients periodically
- Excellent communication and customer management skills
- Experience in working with diverse groups of people
- Graduate from a recognised University
