4. Essential: Essential Qualification: Full time B.E/B. TECH in Mechanical/ Production/ Electronics/Electrical/Shipbuilding/Naval Architecture from a recognized university / AICTE approved institution

5. Essential Experience: The candidate should have minimum 20 years post qualification working experience in hull construction / repairs of Naval vessels/ Coast Guard vessels. Should have been head of Production department in a major shipyard for more than 01 year. Should have sound knowledge of hull construction activities for Naval / Coast Guard ships. Should have adequate experience in outsourcing of hull construction activities and monitoring / control. In the case of retired PSU executives, they should have superannuated in the pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000 2,60,000 (E 7) and above or equivalent level in case of Officers retired from Central / State Government / Indian Navy/Army/Air Force and Indian Coast Guard.

4. Essential: Essential Qualification: Full time B.E. /B.TECH in Mechanical / Electrical / Naval Architecture / Aeronautical Engineering from a recognized institution/AICTE approved institution.

5. Essential Experience: The candidate should have minimum 13 years of post qualification experience as an officer. In the case of retired PSU executives, they should have superannuated in the payscale of Rs. 80,000 — 2,20,000 (E-5) and above or equivalent level in case of Officers retired from Central / State Government / Indian Navy/Army/Air Force and Indian Coast Guard. The candidate should have hands on experience in handling & maintenance of small crafts especially composite boats. Further, experience of handling scheduled services as well as repair works of all kind of Composite vessels, experience in Inventory Management to handle management of Repair facilities of composite vessels and experience in handling training of Users & Maintenance personnel for small vessels such as composite boats are also essential. 

6. Desirable Experience: Specialization in handing / taking over of small crafts like composite boats and experience of handling ISO / AS certification of production / maintenance facilities are desirable.
