Job Description

Act as lead designer and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary/Multi stakeholder team.
Co-ordination with SPVs for design review requirements.
Checking & Verification of drawings submitted by SPVs for compliance with IS codes/National Building code.
Excellent knowledge in structural design is required.
Design Review of detailed Building design and GFC drawings submitted by SPVs and in-house.
Evaluation of possible Technological- sustainable options to be incorporated in the design.
Co-ordination with SPVs for input required for DPR preparation.
Capable of preparing and reviewing optimum feasible economical DPR for in-house supporting SPVs.
Exposure in DPR of Hospitals, Education institutions, water supply sector, office building, IT Park etc.
Excellent knowledge in CAD design systems, 3D drawing prog Civil/Structural engineering plans, design and layout.
Exposure to engineering analysis tools, Microsoft Office tools, controlling of outputs from CAD design systems including 3D drawing programs (such as Revit) in a BIM environment

Monthly Salary Range

60,000 -80,000

Note :

Relaxation in the experience requirement can be considered up to a maximum of 1 year for candidates who have undergone KIIFB internship for 3 months.
Relaxation in the experience requirement can be considered up to a maximum of 1 year for candidates having M. Tech or PG Diploma
