· Project delivery ( including preparation and review of project output)
· Process improvements
· Participate in project relevant training. Guiding and training junior team members
· Preparing and delivering client presentations
· Participate in client interaction and stakeholder management
· Building networks with internal teams and external stakeholders
· Excellent communication
· Drive internal and external teams to implement Analytics in new areas
Analytics Capability:
· General Insurance knowledge, worked with underwriting or claims departments
· Basic understanding predictive models, how it’d build and implemented in business
· Expert in Data Preparation, Data Summary, Data Visualization
· Expert in MS Excel
· Worked in multiple platforms like SAS, SQL, VBA, R, Python, Qlik, Tableau etc.
· Experience in WTW Radar [Preferred].
· Qualification in insurance / analytics (CAA, CII) [Preferred]
